Change and the Vermont Partnership for Fairness and Diversity

Ironic that I'd write a change management plan for an organization that, itself, is at the center of change for so many.

But the work that's being done to bring the Vermont Partnership's message to a broader audience will surely create change within the organization.  There's likely to be more requests for help, phones to answer, email to read, presentations and research to complete, communities to serve. 

Someone must take ownership of the entire process, from content development and the various social media initiatives to coordination of regular e-newsletters.  Dynamic, ever-changing content will keep the organization in a leadership position and will serve to bring its message to a broader audience.

Making noise usually attracts attention.  The quiet organization on Main Street in Brattleboro is sure to become more vocal once it finds its new voice.

Change is good.
